● Shenzhen Bao’an Dongjiang Environmental Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (“Bao’an Dongjiang”), established in 2008, with a total installed capacity of 3MW
● Qingdao Dongjiang Environmental Renewables Co., Ltd. (“Qingdao Dongjiang” for short), established in 2008, with a total installed capacity of 3MW
● Hefei New Champion Energy Development Co., Ltd. (“Heifei New Champion” for short), established in 2006, with a total installed capacity of 3MW
● Nanchang New Champion Energy Development Co., Ltd. (“Nanchang New Champion” for short), established in 2005, with a total installed capacity of 5MW
